The Philippine Consulate General in Toronto will conduct their outreach services on Sat, September 14 in Windsor from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
TO apply/renew your Philippine passport, the APPLICANT must book the appointment online which will be available starting Aug 13, 2024 (Windsor). This is to ensure that you will be accommodated during the outreach.
